Registering FUJIFILM IWpro to a Device That Was Using the Device Log Service (Using a Computer)
If the Device Log Service is being used, it is necessary to unregister the device using Device Log Service, then terminate the contract for the Device Log Service.
Then, register the device to FUJIFILM IWpro and install the functions to use.
Prepare the following information for the setup process.
- IP address of the new device to register to FUJIFILM IWpro
- System administrator account and password of the new device to register to FUJIFILM IWpro
- User ID and password of FUJIFILM IWpro administrator
- "FUJIFILM IWpro administrator" refers to FUJIFILM IWpro service users that are set as a tenant administrator (system administrator or operation administrator) or service administrator in FUJIFILM BI Direct.
- Administrator privileges for a "FUJIFILM IWpro administrator" will be assigned to the customer that enters a contract in advance
Flow of Operations
| Step 1 | Confirming the Network Settings of the Device and Computer (Using a Computer) Confirm the network settings of the device and computer to use with FUJIFILM IWpro.

| Step 2 | Unregistering a Device from the Device Log Service (Using a Computer) Remove the device from the Device Log Service.

| Step 3 | Downloading FUJIFILM IWpro Device Setup (Using a Computer) Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro, then download the tool to use for installation (FUJIFILM IWpro Device Setup).

| Step 4 | Registering a New Device (Using a Computer) Register the device to FUJIFILM IWpro, then install the functions to use.

| Step 5 | Assigning Licenses to Devices (Using a Computer) Register the device to Device Management.
This procedure is for customers with a contract for the FUJIFILM IWpro Multifunction Device Management license. It is not required for customers that are not using the device management function. |
| Step 6 | Confirming That a Device Was Registered Successfully (Using a Computer) Confirm the operation of the functions installed to the device.
