Unregistering a Device from the Device Log Service (Using a Computer)

You can check the status of devices registered to the Device Log Service and unregister a device if necessary.

Checking whether a Device Uses the Device Log Service

Follow the procedure below to check whether a device uses the Device Log Service.

  1. Log in to FUJIFILM BI Direct.
  2. Click [Service Contract List] in [Customer Info] on the right side of the screen.
  3. Check whether the Device Log Service is displayed in the list of services.
    If the Device Log Service is displayed, it is necessary to unregister the device using Device Log Service, then terminate the contract for the Device Log Service.

Terminating the Contract for the Device Log Service and Unregistering the Device

For information on terminating the contract for the Device Log Service, contact your local FUJIFILM sales representative.
When terminating the contract for the Device Log Service, make sure to follow the procedure described in "Unregistering Device" in the Device Log Service User's Guide before setting up FUJIFILM IWpro.
