Logging In from the Control Panel of a Device

When scanning documents from a device to upload to FUJIFILM IWpro or using FUJIFILM IWpro Print to print from a device, it is necessary to log in to FUJIFILM IWpro from the device.

1. Log in to the device.
2. Tap the FUJIFILM IWpro app on the home screen of the device.
3. Enter the user ID and password for FUJIFILM BI Direct in [User ID] and [Password], and tap [Log In].
   • If the screen for selecting the tenant is displayed, select the tenant to use.
   • You may be able to log in without displaying a screen, depending on the authentication method of the device.
   • When using FUJIFILM BI Direct authentication, device_user_id may need to be configured, depending on the number of characters used for the user ID. For details, see User IDs (E-mail Addresses) for FUJIFILM BI Direct Authentication. Caution is required when using an Office365 linked account to log in to both a device and FUJIFILM BI Direct.
   
   
   To log out, tap the authentication information view area.
