Handling Errors

When a batch process fails, the error code is listed in the [error_cd] column of the CSV file containing the process results. Refer to the table below to handle the error.

error_cd Details and Handling
E000000001 An error has occurred. Perform the operation again from initial. If the error persists, write down the error_cd and please contact your local FUJIFILM customer support.
E000000002 The specified user has already joined the tenant. Specify the user not belonging to the tenant.
E000000003 The number of users who have joined tenant has been reached the maximum limit. Delete the user who no more uses the tenant. If there is an inquiry about the number of licenses, contact your local FUJIFILM sales representatives.
E000000004 The specified user does not exist. Confirm the user and input again.
E000000005 The specified permission does not exist. Specify the correct permission.
E000000006 Unable to operate on the permission and status for the operating administrator yourself.
E000000007 Unable to delete the operating administrator yourself.
E000000008 The specified user has already joined other tenant.
E000000009 Unable to register the specified e-mail address because the domain is not allowed by the administrator. This error is displayed when the specified domain matches the value set for "Filter Domain for User ID to be Registered" of the tenant policy of ApeosWare Management Suite.
E000000010 Unable to register the specified user because the current home tenant setting is incorrect. Clear the home tenant setting.
E000000012 Confirm whether the remote ID federation setting is completed.
E000000013 The incorrect data is entered into the created CSV file. Check the CSV file.
E000000014 Unable to perform the operation because a valid administrator will no longer exist in the tenant. At least one operation administrator should exist in the tenant.
E000000015 Unable to invite the specified user because the administrative permission to give is higher than the current user. Specify the same or lower administrative permission than the current user.
E000000016 Unable to update the specified user because the administrative permission to give is higher than the current user. Specify the same or lower administrative permission than the current user.
E000000017 Unable to enable remote ID federation because another tenant is the home tenant. Clear the home tenant setting.
E000000018 Unable to operate the home tenant of the remote ID federation user.
E000000019 Unable to register because the service is unavailable in the selected user's region.
E000000020 Unable to delete the remote ID federation user.
E000000021 The number of option licenses you own has reached the maximum limit. Delete the user who no more uses the tenant. For inquiry of the number of licenses, contact your local FUJIFILM sales representatives.
E000000022 The specified option license does not exist.
E000000023 The specified group does not exist. Specify the existing group.
E000000024 Unable to specify the group which has been linked by remote ID federation. Specify the group not using remote ID federation.
E000000025 Failed to process the CSV file. Upload the CSV file again.
E000000026 Unable to update the group which has been linked by remote ID federation.
E000000027 The specified user cannot be invited to the specified option license.
E000000028 Unable to determine the group by the group name you specify because there are two or more groups of the same name.
E000000029 The specified user has already made Remote ID federation with another tenant.
E000000030 Unable to register the specified user because the current home tenant setting is incorrect. Clear the home tenant setting.
E000000031 Unable to update surname/given name of the remote ID federation user.
E000000032 Unable to assign the specified option licenses at the same time.
E000000033 The specified device user ID is already registered.
