Adding/Deleting Users

You can add or delete the general users of FUJIFILM IWpro as service users in FUJIFILM BI Direct.

  • This operation is performed by a system administrator, operation administrator, or service administrator of FUJIFILM BI Direct.

Adding General Users

  1. Log in to FUJIFILM BI Direct.
  2. Click [Tenant Management].

  3. Click [FUJIFILM IWpro] in [Service].

  4. Click [User Management] in the menu.

  5. Click [Add User].

    • You can also click [Invite User] to send an invitation e-mail to the user you want to add, which enables the user to register their own user information.
  6. Configure the user information, then click [Accept and Proceed].

    Item Description
    E-mail Address Enter the e-mail address of the user to configure.
    Name*1 Enter the name of the user to configure.
    Language Select the language of the user to configure.
    Option License Select the check boxes of the options that the user to configure will use.
    • The Workspace or Personal Postbox may be created or updated with a name based on the family name of the user to register, depending on the family name of the user.
      For details, see "Restrictions on User Name" in "Usage Notes and Restrictions" in the "Workspace User Guide".
  7. Confirm the entered information, then click [Add].

    The user is added as a service user of FUJIFILM IWpro.

Deleting General Users

  1. Log in to FUJIFILM BI Direct.
  2. Click [Tenant Management].

  3. Click [FUJIFILM IWpro] in the tenant list.

  4. Click [User Management] in the menu.

  5. Select the user to delete, then click [Delete Selected User].

  6. Confirm the user name, then click [Delete].

    The selected user is deleted.

    • The user is only deleted from the services of FUJIFILM IWpro. It is not deleted from the tenants that the user belongs to or from FUJIFILM BI Direct.
