Exporting Documents in Trays from Multifunction Device

When a device linked with a tray receives a fax or scans data using a mailbox as the save location, documents transferred from the multifunction device are loaded into a tray, and the [New Notification Screen] dialog box opens. Then, the "NEW" icon appears on the tray gadget, and the tray management icon changes to the "new document found" state.

To export documents transferred from the multifunction device from a tray, perform the same procedure as for normal documents.
A tray linked with the multifunction device contains DocuWorks documents converted from image files.
