Viewing the Contents of a Tray
This section explains how to open the tray window and view documents in a tray.
The tray window displays only documents, not folders.

Opening the tray window from a tray gadget
Procedure
1.
Double-click a tray gadget.
Otherwise, right-click on a tray gadget, and select [Open] in the pop-up menu.

The tray window opens.
Also, start DocuWorks Desk if it is not opened.

If not wishing to start DocuWorks Desk simultaneously when double-clicking a tray gadget, change the setting, referring to "Configuring Tray Operations".
Opening the tray window from the tray management icon
If a new document is detected in a tray, "NEW" appears on the tray management icon. In this state, you can open the tray window from the tray management icon
Procedure
1.
Click the tray management icon.
The [New Notification Screen] dialog box opens.
2.
Click a tray displayed in the [New Notification Screen] dialog box.
Switching the list and thumbnail view modes of the tray window
To display files in list view mode, click
on the lower left of the tray window or right-click in the tray window, and select [List View] in the pop-up menu.

To display files in thumbnail view mode, click
on the lower left of the tray window or right-click in the tray window, and select [Thumbnail View] in the pop-up menu.
