[Confirm Deletion] dialog box

This dialog box appears when you select one My Electronic Signature and then select [Delete My Signature] from the [Edit] menu in the [DocuWorks Electronic Signature Case Tool] window.
Selected Electronic Signature information appears and then confirm whether to delete it or not.

[Signature name]

The name of the Electronic Signature is displayed.

[User name]

The owner name of the Electronic Signature is displayed.

[Expiration date]

The expiration date of the Electronic Signature is displayed.

[Delete]

Deletes the Electronic Signature and closes the dialog box.

[Cancel]

Closes the dialog box without deleting the Electronic Signature.
Important
Note that you must not delete your My Electronic Signature with which you have created the Proof Information as long as you use the Electronic Signature. If you delete your My Electronic Signature or the Electronic Signature Case data file, you will not be able to create the same Electronic Signature again. Also another user will not be able to open the protected document which he / she has specified the Electronic Signature to open.
