[Signature Settings - Digital Certificate (SHA256 V8 or later/SHA1 V5 or later)] dialog box
This dialog box appears when you select [Write Signature and Save As] from the [File] menu in Viewer and then select [Digital Certificate (SHA256 V8 or later)] or [Digital Certificate (SHA1 V5 or later)]. You can also show this dialog box by clicking [Signature Settings] in the [Preferences] dialog box.

[Certificate issued to]
To whom the certificate was issued, which is used to sign a document, appears.
[Select Certificate]
Displays the [Select Certificate] dialog box to selects a certificate used to sign a document.
[Additional signing information]
[Remarks (option)]
Enter a remark for attaching to a signature. You may or may not enter it.
Up to 40 alphanumeric characters can be entered. Up to 10 remarks are saved in the list.
When you don't want to attach remarks, select [None]. The default setting is [None].

[Appearance Settings]
Displays the [Appearance Settings] dialog box to specify the view format and size of a signature.
[OK]
You can sign the page shown in Viewer. When you displayed this dialog box by clicking [Signature Settings] in the [Preferences] dialog box, saves the signature's settings and returns to the dialog box.
[Cancel]
Cancels the settings and closes the dialog box.
