Showing or hiding verification statuses

This section describes how to specify showing or hiding verification statuses when a document is displayed or printed. You must perform the following procedures in document view, split document view, or page sorter and document view (document view side) of Viewer.
Procedure
1.
Select [Signature] from the [Document] menu, then select [Signatures Status]. Or, click the Electronic Signature-impression attached to a page with the right mouse button and select [Signatures Status] from the pop-up menu displayed. The marks indicating the verification statuses are displayed when a checkmark is shown next to [Signatures Status].
Note
If you print a signed document from Desk, the mark indicating the not-yet-verified status appears on the printout. If you print a signed document from Viewer, a mark indicating the verification status at the time of printing appears on the printout.

Checking verification statuses

You can also check the verification status using the [Signature Properties] dialog box, the [Signature List] tab of the InfoView, or the tooltip of the Electronic Signature-impression.
