[Set by Each Page] dialog box

Use this dialog box to specify whether to print in color or monochrome for each page.
The [Print] dialog box appears when you click [Detailed Settings] in the [Advanced Settings] dialog box and then click [Advanced Settings] again when you are running the Easy Printer. The [Set by Each Page] dialog box appears when you click [Set by each page] in the [Advanced Settings] dialog box.
Note
  • For the printers that do not support this function, the [Set by each page] in the [Advanced Settings] dialog box is disabled.
  • If you select [Do not show print setup dialog box when printing] in the [Print Setup] dialog box of Easy Printer, the [Print] dialog box does not appear when you are running the Easy Printer. Therefore, you cannot set this function.
  • If a document is read-only or editing is prohibited, the settings specified in [Set by each Page] dialog box cannot be saved.
  • You cannot select multiple documents at a time.

[Thumbnail list]

The list displays the thumbnail view showing the settings of pages in the document to be printed.
You can select the page displayed in thumbnail view.

[Close]

Applies the settings and closes the dialog box.

[Cancel]

Cancels the settings and closes the dialog box.

[Save settings to file]

Specify whether to save settings to a file.
By default, this box is selected.

[Set to color]

Applies color mode to the selected page.

[Set to monochrome]

Applies monochrome mode to the selected page.

[Select All]

Selects all pages.

[Set color automatically]

Cancels all the current settings to apply color or monochrome mode for all pages automatically.
Note
  • Color mode will be applied to multi-up printing job when different color modes have been set depending on pages within a file.
  • For 2-sided printing, you can specify color or monochrome mode for side one and side two respectively.
