Displays the e-mail addresses you recently entered.
Selecting the check box at the left end on the first row selects all e-mail addresses.

Click to delete e-mail addresses whose check box is selected from the list.
[Select All] / [Deselect All]
Click to select all the e-mail addresses in the e-mail address list.
When the check boxes for the e-mail addresses are all selected, selecting this option deselects all of the check boxes.

[Add]
Click to add e-mail addresses whose check box is selected in the list, to the e-mail address list in the [Share Document] dialog box.
