List of e-mail addresses

In this list, add e-mail addresses with whom to share the document.

[Delete]

Click to delete e-mail addresses whose check box is selected from the list.

[Select All] / [Deselect All]

Click to select the check box of all e-mail addresses in the list.
When the check boxes for the e-mail addresses are all selected, selecting this option deselects all of the check boxes.

[Add from History List]

Click to display the [Add from History List] dialog box, where you can select a destination from among e-mail addresses you recently entered.

[Add E-mail Address]

Click to display the [Add E-mail Address] dialog box, where you can enter a destination e-mail address.

[Expiry Date]

Set an expiration date for downloading the document via the URL indicated in the e-mail. A document can be shared for a period up to 30 days.

[E-mail Language]

Select the language of the e-mail message.

[Message to Recipients]

Enter a message to be included in the body text of your document sharing notification e-mail.
