Sharing Documents

Documents that have been uploaded to Working Folder can be shared with other users by notifying them of the document URL via e-mail. The users can download the documents by accessing the URL shown in the e-mail via a web browser, without logging in Working Folder.
Documents in a Secure Drawer cannot be shared.
Procedure
1.
In the workspace area, display the content in the drawer or folder.
2.
Right-click the desired document and select [Share Document] from the pop-up menu.
The [Share Document] dialog box is displayed.

Use [Add from History List] or [Add E-mail Address] to add e-mail addresses with whom to share the document to the list of [E-mail Address].
4.
In [Expiry Date], set an expiration date for downloading the document via the URL indicated in the e-mail.
A document can be shared for a period up to 30 days.
5.
In [Message to Recipients], enter a message to be included in the body text of your document sharing notification e-mail.
6.
Select the language of the e-mail message in [E-mail Language], as required.
7.
Click [OK].
An e-mail notifying of the document sharing is sent to the destination that you added to the list of [E-mail Address].

To download the shared document, access the URL shown in the document sharing notification e-mail via a web browser.
