[Document properties] tab [Find] dialog box

You can set as search conditions the document properties specified in the [Summary] tab and the [Custom] tab in the [Document Properties] dialog box.

Set as search targets the strings of file properties specified in the [Summary] tab of the [Document Properties] dialog box.
Check items for search targets and enter search strings. You can specify multiple character strings by delimiting them with spaces. In this case, searches document names including any one of the specified strings.

Enter the character string to search for.
When including a space in a part of the character string, add a half-width yen symbol "\" in front of the space. The string can be up to 255 characters, including delimiting spaces, for half-width alphanumeric characters.

Sets as search targets the strings of custom properties specified in the [Custom] tab of the [Document Properties] dialog box.

Enter the string of property name.

Select a type of the property.

Shows a box for entering a value depending on the type of the selected property. Enter a value as follows:

• If [Type] is [Text],
  enter a string. Up to 1024 characters can be entered. Also you can specify multiple character strings by delimiting them with spaces. In this case, searches document names including any one of the specified strings.
• If [Type] is [Number],
  enter the lower and upper limit of numeric values to search for. The number can be entered in the range from -2147483648 to 2147483647.
• If [Type] is [Date],
  enter the date range using a calendar. The date from 1970/01/01 to 2036/02/06 can be specified.
• If [Type] is [Yes or No],
  Click the radio button shown to select [Yes] or [No].

Includes PDF documents as targets in searches.
By default, this check box is selected.
