[Annotation Toolbar Options] window
This window appears when you select [Annotation Toolbar Settings] from the [Annotations] menu.
Use this command to specify the settings for the annotation toolbar. You can create a new annotation toolbar, add an annotation as a tool, or change the display order of the annotation tools.

The tabs in this window correspond to the annotation tools. When you click the tabs, the corresponding tools of the annotation toolbar appear.
Note
For read-only annotation toolbar file, "*" appears in the annotation toolbar tab. In this case, even if you edit the annotation toolbar, the editing cannot be saved.
[Move Up]
Moves the selected annotation tool one place higher up the list.
If the tool is already at the top of the list, then this command is disabled.
If the tool is already at the top of the list, then this command is disabled.
[Move Down]
Moves the selected annotation tool one place lower down the list.
If the tool is already at the bottom of the list, then this command is disabled.
If the tool is already at the bottom of the list, then this command is disabled.
[Preview]
The preview of the selected annotation tool is displayed.
[Size of toolbar]
Specify the size of the annotation toolbar. The default size is [Small].
[File] menu
[Save]
Saves the specified settings.
[Manage added annotation]
Displays the [Manage added annotation] dialog box.
[Exit]
Exits the window for setting the annotation toolbar.
If changes were made but not saved, a dialog box prompting you to save the changes appears.

[Edit] menu
[Cut]
Moves the selected annotation tool to the clipboard.
[Copy]
Copies the selected annotation tool to the clipboard.
[Paste]
Pastes the annotation tool saved in the clipboard to the list.
If a tool is already selected on the list of the current tab, then the tool to be pasted will be pasted right before the currently selected tool. If no tool is selected, then the tool will be pasted at the top of the list.

Note
When multiple annotations have been copied to the clipboard from the Viewer window, you cannot paste them to the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window.
[Delete]
Deletes the selected annotation tool.
[Properties]
Displays the properties dialog box of the selected annotation tool.
Select the annotation tool and then click this command to open the properties dialog box for the selected tool.
Select the annotation tool and then click this command to open the properties dialog box for the selected tool.
[Insert Separator]
Inserts a separator to delimit the menu items.
[List] menu
[Move Up]

Moves the selected annotation tool one place lower down the list.

[Tab]
[Create New Toolbar]
Creates a new annotation toolbar.
When you select this command, the [Create New Toolbar] dialog box appears.
When you select this command, the [Create New Toolbar] dialog box appears.
[Delete]
Deletes the annotation toolbars on the current tab.
[Rename]
Renames the annotation toolbars on the current tab.
When you select this command, the [Rename Toolbar] dialog box appears.
When you select this command, the [Rename Toolbar] dialog box appears.
[Change Button Size]
Use this command to select the toolbar size.
[Insert]
[Paper] / [OLE] / [Text] / [NotePad] / [FreeHand/Marker] / [Date Stamp] / [Line] / [Rectangle] / [Ellipse] / [Received Stamp] / [Polygon] / [Callouts] / [Date and Time] / [Basic Shapes] / [Block Arrows] / [Title] / [Link]
Use this command to add the selected annotation to the displayed toolbar.
The [Callouts], the [Basic Shapes], or the [Block Arrows] is the submenu.
If a tool is already selected, then the new tool will be placed above the current tool.
If no tool is selected, then the new tool will be placed at the top of the list.
After the tool has been added, you can select [Properties] from the [Edit] menu to open the properties dialog box to change the properties of the new tool.
The [Callouts], the [Basic Shapes], or the [Block Arrows] is the submenu.
If a tool is already selected, then the new tool will be placed above the current tool.
