[Manage added annotation] dialog box
This dialog box appears when you select [Manage added annotation] from the [File] menu in the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window.
Displays the information of the custom annotations (annotations made by using annotation SPI), and enables you to switch the operating status.

Displays a list of the custom annotations installed.
The check box appears at the left edge of the custom annotation which switches the operating status. Select the check box to enable the custom annotation, or clear the check box to disable the custom annotation.
The basic shapes, the block arrow, the callouts, and the date and time are custom annotations, but they cannot be switched because they are included in the main unit of the DocuWorks.

Specify whether to operate the newly added custom annotation when you install the new custom annotation.

You can install the custom annotations when you install the DocuWorks by customizing installation procedure of DocuWorks. For more information, refer to "Annotations" and "Annotation-DLL name" sections described in "Editing the setup file for customized installation" of "Customizing Installation".
