Creating or Deleting an Annotation Toolbar
You can create or delete an annotation toolbar as follows. You must perform the following procedure in the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window of Viewer.
Creating an annotation toolbar
Procedure
1.
Select [Create New Toolbar] from the [Tab] menu in the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window.
The [Create New Toolbar] dialog box appears.
2.
Enter a new name for the toolbar, then click [OK].
The new toolbar tab appears to the right of the existing tabs.
3.
Select [Exit] from the [File] menu.
A confirmation message appears asking whether you want to save the changes.
4.
Click [Yes].
The [Annotation Toolbar Options] window closes and the new toolbar and associated menu items are added.
A corresponding annotation tool file is created as well.

Note
- You can create up to 20 annotation toolbars.
- The name of a toolbar, including the path name, is limited to 255 characters.
- The following characters cannot be used in a toolbar name:

Deleting an annotation toolbar
Procedure
1.
Select the tab for the annotation tool bar you want to delete in the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window.
2.
Select [Delete] from the [Tab] menu.
The selected toolbar tab is deleted.
Note
You can cancel the deletion of an annotation toolbar if you have not saved the settings of the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window. To cancel, click [No] in the confirmation message that appears when you close the [Annotation Toolbar Options] window asking whether you want to save the changes. The selected toolbar tab is not deleted.
