Importing a Tray File to Create a Tray
Double-clicking a tray file
Procedure
1.
Double-click a tray file.
2.
Configure each item in the [Import Tray] dialog box, and click [OK].
Importing a tray file using the [Tray View Settings] dialog box
This method allows you to collectively import multiple tray files.
Procedure
1.
Use one of the following steps to open the [Tray View Settings] dialog box.
- Right-click on the tray management icon, and select [Tray View Settings] from [Options] in the pop-up menu.
- Click [Tray View Settings] on the DocuWorks Tray plug-in toolbar.
- Click [Start] on the Windows taskbar, and select [FUJIFILM DocuWorks] > [DocuWorks Tray] > [Tray View Settings].

Select [Import Tray] from the [File] menu in the [Tray View Settings] dialog box.
Otherwise, right-click on the tray list, and select [Import Tray] in the pop-up menu.

Select one or multiple tray files in the appropriate dialog box, and click [Open].

If you select one tray file, configure each item in the [Import Tray] dialog box, and click [OK].
If you select multiple tray files, click [Yes] for the confirmation message.
If you select multiple tray files, click [Yes] for the confirmation message.
When importing multiple tray files, change the tray file settings to the defaults to create a tray.
