Exporting Tray Settings to a File
You can export tray settings as a tray file.
A tray file can be distributed to other users by e-mail or using a CD. Another user can import the distributed tray file, and creates a tray.

Using a tray gadget
Procedure
1.
Right-click on a tray gadget.
2.
Select [Export] in the pop-up menu.
If a document save location is set to a local folder other than the shared folder, an error message appears to notify you that data cannot be exported.
3.
Specify the name and save location of the tray file in the [Save As] dialog box.
Tray files have the "dwtray" extension.
Using the [Tray View Settings] dialog box
Procedure
1.
Open the [Tray View Settings] dialog box.
2.
Select one tray in the [Displayed Trays] list or the [Non-Displayed Trays] list.
3.
Select [Export Tray] in the [File] menu.

4.
Specify the name and save location of the tray file in the [Save As] dialog box.
Tray files have the "dwtray" extension.
