Creating a New Tray
Before creating a tray, prepare a save destination folder for the documents.
The following folders can be specified for saving documents if the save location type is set to [File server or folder on this PC] in the [Save Location Type] dialog box.
- Shared folder on other PC or file server
- Shared folder on this PC
- Normal folder on this PC
When using the shared folder as a document save location, check that the folder has access rights: read, write, and change.
When using a normal folder as a document save location, it cannot be used to transfer documents to other users.

Note
The type of folders that can be selected depends on the type of save location for documents.
Procedure
1.
Execute one of the following steps.
- Click [Create New Tray] on the DocuWorks Tray plug-in toolbar.
- Click [Start] on the Windows taskbar, and select [FUJIFILM DocuWorks] > [DocuWorks Tray] > [Create New Tray].
- Right-click on the tray management icon and select [Options] > [Create New Tray] in the pop-up menu.

Read the description about a tray creation flow, and click [Next].

Enter the name and description of the tray.
"Name" is necessary, and "Description" is optional.

Click [Next].
The [Save Location Type] dialog box opens.

Select the save location type and click [Next].
The [Save Location Settings] dialog box opens.

If you selected [File server or folder on this PC] for the save location type, select the document save location from the following folders.
- [Folder on a PC on the network or a server]
- [Shared folder on this PC]
- [All folders on this PC]
7.
Click [Browse].
The [Browse for folder] dialog box opens.
8.
Select a document save folder in the [Browse For Folder] dialog box, and click [OK].
9.
Click [Next].
10.
Confirm the message, and click [OK].
11.
Check the settings, and click [Next].
12.
Configure each item as needed, and click [Next].
13.
Configure each item as needed, and click [OK].
The [Created Successfully] dialog box opens.
14.
Click [Finish].
If the [Display Tray on Desktop] check box is selected in the [Import Tray] dialog box, a tray gadget is displayed on the desktop.
