[New Notification Screen] Dialog Box

If no new documents are found, the message "No new documents." appears under the list. This dialog box closes if no operation is performed in this dialog box during the specified time. The default time is 10 sec., which can be changed in the [New Document Notification Settings] dialog box.

List of trays including new documents

Clicking a tray in the list displays the corresponding tray gadget, and opens the tray window.

The list of trays including new documents provides the following items.

Tray icon

The tray icon is displayed in the color set to a tray gadget. If an error occurs in a tray, the error icon appears. If you click the row of the tray with the error icon displayed, an error message appears.

[Name]

Displays the tray name.

[New Arrival]

Displays the number of new documents.

[Refreshed Date]

Displays the date and time when the tray management module recognized a new document.

[Clear New Arrival]

Clears the list of trays including new documents, and displays the message "No new documents.". This also clears the "NEW" icon that was displayed on a tray gadget.
