Uninstalling Software
Uninstallation must be performed in the following order
Procedure
1.
Relevant software
2.
FUJIFILM DocuWorks {version number}
3.
FUJIFILM DocuWorks {version number} LangPack
4.
FUJIFILM DocuWorks Viewer Light {version number}
The related software that needs to be uninstalled is as follows:
- For Volume License Edition, Trial/Licensed Edition, or DocuWorks Subscription
- FUJIFILM DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder {version number}
- For DocuWorks Subscription Suite
- FUJIFILM DocuWorks Tray {version number}
- FUJIFILM DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder {version number}
- FUJIFILM DocuWorks Extended Folder for Cloud Connect
- FUJIFILM DocuWorks Document Information Entry {version number}
Notes on Uninstallation
- Any relevant software applications must be uninstalled before uninstalling DocuWorks.
Uninstalling DocuWorks does not uninstall relevant software applications. They must be uninstalled one by one.
- Uninstall DocuWorks does not automatically remove the Personal Settings. You must uninstall your own Personal Settings after uninstalling.
Uninstallation Procedure
Procedure
1.
Start Control Panel, and display the [Programs and Features] screen.
2.
Select uninstall program from the list of program names, and then click [Uninstall].
3.
Click [Yes] in the dialog box confirming uninstallation.
Note
If the [User Account Control] dialog box appears, click [Yes].
4.
Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the application.
Note
When the screen prompting you to restart your computer appears, restart your computer.
The screen prompting you to restart the computer appears when there is a file that cannot be deleted during uninstallation. However, the uninstallation can be completed if you restart the computer accordingly.
