This page allows you to configure the settings for Fax.

Select a setting for sent fax forward.
This setting becomes active after rebooting the printer from CentreWare Internet Services or manually turning off and on the printer.

Forward to Fax Settings
Forwarding Number
Enter a forwarding number within 50 bytes. You can also use the following symbols.

Forward to E-mail Settings
Forwarding E-mail Address 1-5
Enter the forwarding e-mail addresses within 128 bytes.
A mail address is configured with only "local portion@domain portion" or "local portion". You cannot use a period (.) at the beginning or end of each portion, or you cannot use in succession.
In the "local portion", you can use alphanumeric characters and the following symbols.
! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ ´ { | } ~
In the "domain portion", you can use alphanumeric characters, a period (.), a hyphen (-), and an underscore (_).
You can specify up to 5 forwarding e-mail addresses.
Forward to Server Settings
Server Type
Select a server type from [Server (FTP)] or [Computer (SMB)].
Host Address (IP Address or DNS Name)
Enter the server address in IP address or FQDN format using alphanumeric characters within 64 bytes. Periods (.), hyphens (-) and colons (:) are acceptable.
Port Number
Enter the port number in the range specified. The range is 21 or any number between 5000 and 65535 when you select [Server (FTP)] for [Server Type]. When you select [Computer (SMB)], the range is 139, 445 or any number between 5000 and 65535. When the default port number is used, no entry is required.
Login Name (if required by host)
Enter a login name for logging in using alphanumeric characters within 96 bytes. A space is acceptable as a character.
Login Password
Enter a password using within 32 alphanumeric characters. A space is acceptable as a character.
The password is displayed in circles (●), regardless of whether it has already been set or not.
To enter a password, delete all the circles and then enter the password. A blank (null) cannot be set.
The asterisks (*) may be displayed instead of circles.
Re-enter Password
Re-enter the password entered in [Login Password] for verification.
Name of Shared Directory
Enter a share name of the SMB server using alphanumeric characters within 32 bytes. A space is acceptable as a character.
Subdirectory Path (optional)
Enter the server path using alphanumeric characters within 96 bytes. A space is acceptable as a character.
