[Advanced Settings]


You can add contacts to Address Book in one step from a CSV file containing entries for those contacts, or delete all contacts from Address Book in one step.

[Add Contact Using Template]

Allows you to add contacts entered in a template file for import in one step.

[Import File (*.csv)]

Specify the template file for import you have filled in information about contacts.

[First Row of the .CSV File]

Specify the first row of Address Book.

[Add Contact Using Template - Advanced Settings]

Select the template file for import, and click the [Next] button. This item is displayed once your instruction to import data for adding contacts has been successfully accepted.

[Add to Contacts]

Set how you want to add address data during importing.

[Fax Number Field Format]

Set the description format for field values in data records for fax numbers.

[Map Your File to the Address Book Fields]

Displays instructions for you to map each of attributes for contacts to the attribute types of imported data for contacts, then you must set the mappings accordingly.

Once your instructions to map data have been successfully accepted, the results of importing and the number of succeeded and failed address data items are displayed.

[Download Template]

Downloads an empty template you can use to fill in contacts to add to the printer.

[Download Template with Sample Data]

Downloads a template in which a sample contact is filled in.

[Download Contacts]

Allows you to download the contacts list in (*.PDF) format.

[Import Address Book]

Importing a CSV file retrieved from another device into the printer enables you to copy data in the device to the printer.

Files

Specify the CSV file.

[Setup]

Specify how you want to add data.

[Export Address Book]

Allows you to export the printer's Address Book in CSV format.

[Delete All Contacts]

Deletes all of the contacts.
