The issue has been resolved, and emails are now being sent without delay.

[Impact]
The Working Folder Service will not be available during the maintenance period mentioned above. We would like to inform our customers who are using the linkage services below to take note of the following:

(1) Fax Linkage service
Received fax documents will be stored in the mailbox during the maintenance.
Uploading to the Working Folder reports an error if there are incoming fax documents during the maintenance period.
We recommend you to manually upload the received faxes stored in the mailbox to the Working Folder.

(2) Working Folder Linkage for DocuShare
The Working Folder linkage for DocuShare will not be available during the maintenance.
Failed access to the Working Folder will be recorded as an error in the log file.
We recommend you to temporarily disable the DocuShare-Working Folder sync settings before the maintenance period and enable the sync settings again after the service becomes available.
