Regarding the behavior of “Save a Copy” when sending documents in the workspace (Fixed)As a result, when launching the [Send to Personal Postbox, Tray] or [Send to Workspace] tools from the task navigation tab, the [Save a Copy] option could appear differently from how it was displayed before June 12. As this behavior had a significant impact on customer usage, it has been reverted to the behavior prior to June 12. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers. OneDrive / SharePoint "Shared" folders cannot be selected as output/transfer destinations.  - Output Destination Settings (Web screen) - Scan to save location (MFP application) - Print from save location (MFP application) - Save location for Scan Delivery (MFP application) - Transfer Destination for Fax Delivery (MFP application)   Note: Rules already configured in Rule Settings, as well as rules already set for Scan Delivery / Fax Delivery, can still be executed.     For SharePoint and OneDrive, while functionality is limited to specific targets, you may be able to select shared folders using the following methods.   * For SharePoint: Select "Sites" instead of "Share," then navigate through the site to select the shared folder. Applicable to: - Output destination by rule (Web screen) - Scan to save destination (MFP application) - Print from Save Location (MFP application) * For OneDrive: You can select a shared folder by navigating from "Users". Applicable to: - Output destination via rules (Web screen)     We are currently gathering information from Microsoft regarding this matter and considering appropriate measures. |

[ System maintenance Date/Time ] Saturday, 11 July 2026, 21:00 - Sunday, 12 July 2026, 2:00 (JST) [ Scope of impact to customers ] The following functions will not be available during system maintenance. - File Management - Workspace - Import Document - Rule Settings - Scan Delivery (Saving to OneDrive, Box, Google Drive) - Fax Delivery (Saving to OneDrive, Box, Google Drive) During the above period, there may be errors in the Import Document process after transfer from multifunction printers and other sources. You will receive email notifications from this service regarding any jobs that encounter errors. For those jobs that have encountered errors, please re-execute them from the job list screen after the maintenance is completed. Please note that even during the maintenance period, you can view, display, and download the job details from the job list screen. If you are using any of the following functions, please check the details and take the necessary action. < Customers using Smart Workstream's Capture Client for older products > Please adjust your work schedule as registration from the capture client will not be available during the maintenance period. If you are using a capture client and have monitoring settings enabled, we recommend that you stop the capture client service prior to maintenance. If monitoring is executed during the above time period while documents are stored in the monitoring folder, uploading to FUJIFILM IWpro will result in an error and the documents will be moved to an inactive folder. Please refer to the following section of the Capture Operation Guide for settings. - Confirmation of Monitoring Settings   "2.1 Registration from PC", "Setting up monitored folders, rules, and e-mail notifications", "Setting up folders"   *No action is required if the monitoring status is disabled. The initial value after the capture client is installed is monitoring disabled. - Stopping the capture client service   "2.1 Registration from PC" "Start FUJIFILM Smart Workstream Capture Client"   *Starting and stopping are the same procedure. The operation guide describes the startup procedure, but please read it as the shutdown procedure. < Customers using the Workspace function > Please adjust your schedule considering the impact on the following functionalities. - The following Task Toolbar Tools are integrated with Automation and will be affected:   - "Output Attribute Information to CSV".   - "Insert Attribute Values Into Forms".   - "Register Attribute Values to kintone".   - "Create a Form from kintone".   - Display of "Data Validation" Screen. < Customers using the Import Document function > If "Import Document" is performed during the maintenance period, errors may occur during job execution. Please refrain from "Import Document" during the maintenance period. As a result, during the maintenance window, FUJIFILM IWpro will not be able to verify the Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number used in Japan’s qualified invoice system. To avoid the impact, please refrain from using the“Confirm/Correct” function during the maintenance window for documents whose document attributes include the Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number.
