Working with a Collection


A collection is a group of workspaces created by users for certain purposes.
There are two types of collections: Favorites created when you log in for the first time, and Custom Collections created by you.
Up to 20 items (workspaces, trays) can be registered to the Favorites and custom collections.
Note
  • No collection can be shared with other users.
  • The Favorites cannot be deleted.
  • A collection can not be created in a collection.
Up to 10 collections can be created per user.
Procedure
1.
Click [Create New Collection] in the sidebar.

Enter [Collection Name] on the [Create Collection] screen, and click [Create].
The collection will be created in Collections in the sidebar.
  • You cannot enter a collection name that already exists.
  • The name cannot begin with a space.
Procedure
1.
In the side bar, select [Delete] from menu of the collection you want to delete.
The custom collection will not go to the recycle bin but will be deleted completely. Deleting a shortcut does not delete the workspace.
Procedure
1.
In the side bar, select [Rename] from menu of the collection you want to rename.
2.
Enter [Collection Name] on the [Collection Settings] screen, and click [OK].
The order of the items in a collection can also be changed.
Procedure
1.
In the side bar, drag and drop a workspace onto the target location in the collection.
Items can be moved:
  • From a custom collection to a custom collection
  • From a custom collection to Favorites
  • From Favorites to a custom collection
  • From any workspace to Favorites or a custom collection
Procedure
1.
In the side bar, select [Delete from Collection] from menu of the workspace you want to delete.
The workspace will not go to the recycle bin but will be deleted from the collection.
Note
Deleting a workspace from the collection will not delete the workspace.
To delete the workspace, perform the operation in [All Workspaces].
