Using FUJIFILM IWpro Tools
By installing FUJIFILM IWpro Tools on your PC, you can use the following
features.
- Open a document in desktop application
- After finishing editing a document opened in a desktop application, it will automatically be added as a new version
- Get notified with push notifications.
- Open External Service in the External Service Window
Important Notes
When using FUJIFILM IWpro with Chrome 142 or later, a warning about local network access will be displayed. Select [Allow].
Since FUJIFILM IWpro Tools requires permission to access the local network, if [Block] is selected, follow the steps below to enable local network access.

Open Chrome's [Settings].
2.
From the menu on the left, select [Privacy and security].
3.
Click [Site settings].
4.
In [Recent activity], click "fbiwpro.fujifilm.com".
5.
In [Permissions], select [Allow] for [Local network access].
Getting the Installer
If FUJIFILM IWpro Tools is not installed on your PC, you can download the
installer by doing the following:
- Click [Download FUJIFILM IWpro Tools] in the popup notification when FUJIFILM IWpro Workspace is started
- Click [Download FUJIFILM IWpro Tools] in the dialog displayed when opening a document in a desktop application using FUJIFILM IWpro Tools.
- Click [Download FUJIFILM IWpro Tools] displayed at the bottom when you open the [Notification History] screen
- Click [Download FUJIFILM IWpro Tools] on the [User Settings] screen
- In the dialog that appears when you run the [Open External Service] tool on the Task Navigationbar, click [Download FUJIFILM IWpro Tools].
Installation
Windows
Double-click the installer to start it, and follow instructions on the
screen to perform the installation.
Note
- If communication is performed via a proxy server, configure the proxy information for both HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- If both automatic and manual proxies are configured, the automatic proxy settings take precedence.
macOS
Double-click the installer to start it, and follow instructions on the

After the installation is complete, click [Notifications] in [System Preferences].
Click [FUJIFILM IWpro Tools] from the list on the left and turn on [Allow Notifications].

Note

Login
Windows
After the installation is complete, FUJIFILM IWpro Tools will launch automatically. Click [Login], and enter your FUJIFILM IWpro account and password on the authentication screen displayed in your web browser to log in.
macOS
After the installation is complete, click on FUJIFILM IWpro Tools in the Launchpad to launch it. Click [Login], and enter your FUJIFILM IWpro account and password on the authentication screen displayed in your web browser to log in.
Note
After logging in, your credentials would be saved, and you would be
automatically authenticated for one month.
Logout
Windows
Right-click on the taskbar icon and select [Log Out] from the displayed context menu.
macOS
Right-click on the taskbar icon and select [Log Out] from the displayed context menu.
Uninstallation
Windows
On the Start menu, right-click FUJIFILM IWpro Tools, and select
[Uninstall].
macOS
Open Finder, and delete FUJIFILM IWpro Tools in the [Applications] folder.
