Registering Attribute Values to kintone
You can register data to kintone service using the document attribute information.
Registering Attribute Values to kintone from the Quick Menu

For information on the quick menu, refer to "Quick Menu".
Procedure
1.
Select the document that will be the source of the attributes you want to register, and select [Register Attribute Values to kintone] from the Quick Menu.
2.
In the [Settings - Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog, select [Registration Destination App].
Note
- Clicking [Registration Destination App] will display a list of apps.
- Inputting in [Registration Destination App] will display apps that partially match the name.
3.
Select the [Registration Method].
4.
Specify the attributes of the document you want to map to each field in [Field and Attribute Mapping].
If [Overwrite Existing Record] is selected in [Registration Method], select the [Search Key] checkbox for the field(s) to be used when identifying existing records.
If [Overwrite Existing Record] is selected in [Registration Method], select the [Search Key] checkbox for the field(s) to be used when identifying existing records.
5.
If the selected app contains table fields, specify the document attributes and line items to map to each field in [Table and Line Item Mapping] as necessary.
Note
- When you click [Table Field Code], a list of field codes will be displayed.
- When you enter a text in [Table Field Code], field codes whose names partially match the characters you entered will be displayed.
6.
If you click [Fields to Display in Record Search Results], the [Fields to Display in Record Search Results] dialog will be displayed.
Select the checkbox of the fields you want to display in the record search results, and click [OK].
Select the checkbox of the fields you want to display in the record search results, and click [OK].
7.
If you want to display the confirmation screen when registering the attribute value to kintone, select the [Display the confirmation screen during registration] checkbox.
8.
Click [OK].
9.
If you have selected the [Display the confirmation screen during registration] checkbox, select [Registration Method].
10.
If you have selected [Overwrite Existing Record] for [Registration Method], specify [Record Number].
Note
By clicking [Search for Record], you can refine your search for records in the [Search for Record] dialog.
After you select the record you want to overwrite and click [OK], the [Record Number] will be reflected in the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog.

11.
Specify the value for each field in [Value to Register].
Note
If the document has line item data, the line items to be registered will also be displayed in the table fields, but the values cannot be edited.
12.
In the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog, click [Execute].
Adding a Tool to Register Attribute Values to kintone
Procedure
1.
Click
on the displayed Task Navigationbar tab.
2.
Select [Register Attribute Values to kintone] from the [Add Task Navigationbar Tool] screen, and click [Add].
3.
In the [Settings - Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog, select [Registration Destination App].
Note
- Clicking [Registration Destination App] will display a list of apps.
- Inputting in [Registration Destination App] will display apps that partially match the name.
4.
Select the [Registration Method].
5.
Specify the attributes of the document you want to map to each field in [Field and Attribute Mapping].
If [Overwrite Existing Record] is selected in [Registration Method], select the [Search Key] checkbox for the field(s) to be used when identifying existing records.
If [Overwrite Existing Record] is selected in [Registration Method], select the [Search Key] checkbox for the field(s) to be used when identifying existing records.
6.

8.
If you want to display the confirmation screen when registering the attribute value to kintone, select the [Display the confirmation screen during registration] checkbox.
9.
Click [OK].
Registering Attribute Values to kintone Using Tool
Procedure
1.
Select the document that will be the source of the attribute information.
2.
Select the tool added in "Adding a Tool to Register Attribute Values to kintone" from the Task Navigationbar.
In the following cases, the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog will be displayed.
- The [Display the confirmation screen during registration] checkbox is selected
- [Overwrite Existing Record] is selected in [Registration Method], but there are 0 or 2 or more existing records that can be identified by the specified [Search Key]
3.
When the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog is displayed, select [Registration Method].
4.
If you have selected [Overwrite Existing Record] for [Registration Method], specify [Record Number].
Note
By clicking [Search for Record], you can refine your search for records in the [Search for Record] dialog.
After you select the record you want to overwrite and click [OK], the [Record Number] will be reflected in the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog.

5.
Specify the value for each field in [Value to Register].
Note
If the document has line item data, the line items to be registered will also be displayed in the table fields, but the values cannot be edited.
6.
In the [Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog, click [Execute].
Changing the Settings of the Tool for Registering Attribute Values to kintone
Procedure
1.
On the displayed Task Navigationbar tab, right-click the tool whose settings you want to change, and select [Settings] from the displayed context menu.
2.
In the [Settings - Register Attribute Values to kintone] dialog, specify each item again as necessary.
3.
Click [OK].
