This setting is for each user to use (or disconnect) DocuSign Linkage.

Connecting to/Disconnecting DocuSign
Procedure
1.
Click the
icon in the navigation header.
2.
In [DocuSign], click [Connect] or [Disconnect].
Note
If multiple tenants are available, linking/unlinking with DocuSign will also apply to the other tenants.
Personal Settings for Automatic Import
To use these settings, the presetting for automatic document import from administrators is required.
Sometimes the import may fail for reasons such as exceeding the upper limit of the number of the documents in the Personal Postbox.
In that case, after fixing what causes the error, perform the import manually from the history list.

Note
The documents that can be imported wih the automatic import settings are those sent with signature requests from FUJIFILM IWpro Workspace. As for documents sent from somewhere other than FUJIFILM IWpro Workspace, please import manually on the [DocuSign Signature Sent History] Screen.
Procedure

In [Automatic Import (Requires configuration by an administrator)], select an automatic import method, and click [Save].
Note
- If the administrator settings are incomplete, [Automatic Import (Requires configuration by an administrator)] may not be displayed or may be unavailable to be operated.
- If you select [Import in zip format], check the [Include Completion Certificate] checkbox, as necessary.
