Checking the Progress of Signature

Procedure
1.
Select [Management] from the Document Sent History icon in the navigation header.
2.
On the [Sent History] screen, click the [DocuSign Signature Sent History] tab.
3.
The [Login] button will be displayed if you have not logged in to DocuSign or the session has expired. The login screen of the DocuSign site will be displayed in another browser if you click the [Login] button.
Note
You will stay logged in for 8 hours once you login. You do not need to login again during this period.
If your DocuSign user belongs to multiple accounts, the account specified as the default account will be used to connect with DocuSign.
4.
The [DocuSign Signature Sent History] screen will be displayed.
Note
To refresh the display to get the most up-to-date information, click [Refresh]. You are allowed to refresh once per twenty minutes.
Procedure
1.
On the [DocuSign Signature Sent History] screen, click menu for the request you want to operate, and select [Show Details (Open DocuSign Management Screen)].
The management screen of DocuSign will be displayed.
You can change the request target or cancel the signature request.
Procedure
1.
On the [DocuSign Signature Sent History] screen, click menu for the request you want to import, and select [Import Envelope].
2.
On the import dialog, select an import method, and click [Import].
The envelope will be imported to the operator's Personal Postbox.
Note
  • If you select [Import in zip format], check the [Include Completion Certificate] checkbox, as necessary.
  • To refresh the display to get the most up-to-date information, click [Refresh].
    You are allowed to perform this operation once per twenty minutes.
  • If the import fails, it may be due to the upper limits exceeded such as the number of the documents in the Personal Postbox.
    Check the causes and fix them, and then try to import again.
Procedure
1.
On the [DocuSign Signature Sent History] screen, click the request.
2.
On the document list dialog for the envelope, click import for the document you want to import.
The document will be imported to the operator's Personal Postbox.
Note
  • To refresh the display to get the most up-to-date information, click [Refresh].
    You are allowed to perform this operation once per twenty minutes.
  • If the import fails, it may be due to the upper limits exceeded such as the number of the documents in the Personal Postbox.
    Check the causes and fix them, and then try to import again.
