Batch Changing Folder Attribute Information

Procedure
1.
Click Add Tool on the displayed Task Navigationbar tab.
2.
Select [Batch Change Attribute Information] from the [Add Task Navigationbar Tool] screen, and click [Add].
3.
If necessary, perform "Adding Attribute Settings", "Changing Attribute Settings", and "Deleting Attribute Settings".
4.
In the [Settings - Batch Change Attribute Information] dialog, click [Save].

Batch Changing Attribute Information of Specified Folder

Procedure
1.
Select the folder whose attribute settings you want to change.
Multiple folders cannot be selected.
2.
Select the tool added in "Adding a Tool to Batch Change Attribute Information" from the Task Navigationbar.

Changing the Settings of the Tool for Batch Changing Attribute Information

Procedure
1.
On the displayed Task Navigationbar tab, right-click the tool whose settings you want to change, and select [Settings] from the displayed context menu.
2.
If necessary, perform "Adding Attribute Settings", "Changing Attribute Settings", and "Deleting Attribute Settings".
3.
In the [Settings - Batch Change Attribute Information] dialog, click [Save].
Procedure
1.
In the [Settings - Batch Change Attribute Information] dialog, click [Add Attribute].
2.
Specify the [Attribute Name] and [Value], and click [Add].
Note
  • Entering the [Attribute Name] will display attribute candidates that partially match the name.
    By selecting a candidate attribute, the [Attribute Name] is complete and the [Type] of that attribute will be displayed.
  • If [Value] is omitted, that attribute will be deleted.
  • If there is an attribute with the same name, it will be overwritten.
Procedure
1.
In the [Settings - Batch Change Attribute Information] dialog, click Change for the attribute you want to change.
2.
Change the [Value], and click [Save].

  • If [Value] is omitted, that attribute will be deleted.
Procedure

In the [Settings - Batch Change Attribute Information] dialog, click Delete for the attribute you want to delete.
