[Add Permission Group] Screen
This screen is displayed by clicking [Add] on the [Permission Group List] screen.

[Group]
Display the name of the user privilege group.
[Select]
Click this to display the [Select Group] screen.
- It is displayed on the [Add Permission Group] screen.
[Permission]
Select the check boxes of the privileges to allow for the permission group.
[Give Approval Permission for Offsite Print]
Specifies whether to allow approval of offsite printing.
[Allow Issuing of Print Reference Number]
Specifies whether print reference numbers can be issued when uploading files.
- Print reference numbers that have already been issued cannot be deleted.
[Output Color Restrictions and Default]
Specifies the color modes that can be selected when uploading a file.
[2 Sided Restrictions and Default]
Specifies the two-sided/one-sided restrictions that can be selected when uploading a file.
[Cancel]
Click this to close the screen.
[Add]
Click this to add the configured permission group.
- It is displayed on the [Add Permission Group] screen.
[Update]
Click this to update the settings of the permission group.
- It is displayed on the [Add Permission Group] screen.
