File Conversion and Thumbnails
Uploaded documents are converted to a file format that can be printed by the device, as required. When file conversion is performed, a thumbnail of the first page is also created.
The available document file formats for registration are as follows.

| .png | A PNG file. An image file. |
| .prn | A PCL file. Generated by the PCL print driver from Print Tool*5. |
| .pjl | A file that extracts the XPJL part of a PCL file for local printing. |
- Operation is not guaranteed for files created in a version of an application no longer supported by Microsoft.
- If uploading fails from a Web browser or mobile app, use Print Tool.
- DocuWorks, PDF, or Microsoft Office documents with security settings may not be able to be registered.
- PDF files including images in the JPEG2000 format cannot be registered. The use of PDF files with embedded fonts is recommended for registering documents.
- If "FUJIFILM IWpro Print Tool" is used, the size of the prn file that is registered may exceed 100 MB even if the size of the document file is less than 100 MB. If that happens, use "FUJIFILM IWpro Print Tool for netprint/Public Print" or log in from a Web browser and register the document file.
