Print Reference Numbers
You can add a print reference number to the documents uploaded to FUJIFILM IWpro Print for printing.
Documents with a print reference number can be printed simply by entering the print reference number, without the need to log in to the device.
A print reference number is always added to documents uploaded by a shared user.
You can also add a four digit passcode when reserving printing. A passcode can be specified when uploading files from a Web browser, the dedicated mobile app, or the print tool.
Uploading
The following methods are available for uploading documents.
Web Browser (Personal/Shared)
Service users can use the Web browser on their PC to upload documents to the FUJIFILM IWpro Print server. They can also set the disclosure range to shared to upload documents shared with other users within the same tenant. The uploaded documents can be managed on the file management screen.
In addition to uploading files, users with administrator permissions can configure settings regarding the entire service, such as performing user management, configuring print preferences, and linking with other services.
It is also possible to upload documents by logging in with a shared user account. Users not registered in a tenant can specify the ID and password of a shared user account to upload files to that tenant. However, users without a personal user account must remember the print reference number displayed when uploading, such as by writing it down. When logged in with a shared user account, the print reference number cannot be checked because the file management screen cannot be displayed.
- Shared user accounts can only be used with a tenant that has purchased the shared print option.
Mobile (iOS/Android)
You can use a dedicated mobile app to upload documents to the FUJIFILM IWpro Print server and manage print schedules.
PC (Print Tool)
Print Tool is a tool for automatically uploading documents to the FUJIFILM IWpro Print server by using the FUJIFILM IWpro printer driver from various applications.
Linking with Microsoft Universal Print
You can use the Universal Print cloud service from Microsoft to upload the documents to print to the FUJIFILM IWpro Print server.
Linking with a Chromebook
You can use a Chromebook to upload the documents to print to the FUJIFILM IWpro Print server.
Print Schedule Management
Documents with a print reference number can be managed by the service user that uploaded them on the file management screen accessible from a Web browser.
A personal user account can also be used to upload shared documents that can be accessed or printed by other users in the same tenant.
Information Available to Service Users
A list of uploaded documents is displayed on the file management screen. It enables you to perform operations such as checking the detailed information of documents, changing properties such as the disclosure range and passcode, and deleting print schedules. Other operations include configuring offsite print settings for printing outside your company using netprint or Public Print.
You can also check the status of print approval and the offsite print log.
Information Available to Users with Administrator Permissions
Users with administrator permissions can manage user information and tenant information and download the tenant operation history. They can also perform operations such as configuring user print settings and print preferences, and registering printers to the Universal Print service of Microsoft.
