[Accounting] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [BI-Directional Setup] in [Accounting] on the [Printer Configuration] tab.

If the authentication function and authentication management function are used on the device side, it enables you to configure the information such as the user ID and password to register to the device.

[Account Mode]

Select whether to allow the various authentication settings to be changed by the user.

• This setting can only be changed if the user logged into Windows has access privileges for the device settings.

[Specify Job Owner Name]

Selects the method for specifying the user ID.

[User ID]

If you selected [Use Login Name] in [Specify Job Owner Name], displays up to 32 characters of the Windows login name.

[Passcode]

Enter the password for the user ID.

[Domain]

Enter the domain name.
