Appendix I Notes and Restrictions

• If you click a link around a dotted line in [Search Setting List] or in favorite list, no reaction may occur.
  In this case, click the link at a point away from the abbreviated part of the dotted line.
• If you check out a document such as without permission or content, the document may be just locked and fail to be downloaded. If the file is just locked, unlock it.
• To decompress a zip file zipped when downloading multiple files, use a software compatible with UTF-8. Otherwise the file names inputted with UTF-8 may garble.
• The column width of each attribute may not be displayed as set in the following cases:
  - The screen resolution is lower than 1920 x 1080.
  - The sum of the values set for [Column Width (Pixels)] on the [Folder and Document View Settings] screen is larger than the width of the document list area.
• With Microsoft Edge, even if you enter "0001/01/01" as a value for a custom attribute whose data type is Date/TimeDate in the [Update Attributes] screen that is displayed by clicking for a document in a drawer and selecting [Update Attributes], the attribute value will not be displayed as "0001/01/01" on the [View Attributes] screen.
• In the following Microsoft Office products, an error screen may appear when accessing FUJIFILM IWpro File Management via a hyperlink. If an error screen appears, copy the URL set in the hyperlink into your browser's address bar to access FUJIFILM IWpro File Management.
  - Microsoft Excel
  - Microsoft PowerPoint
  - Microsoft Word
• When the following conditions are satisfied, even if you enter a value of "1888/01/01" or earlier in Date, there will be a deviation between the entered time and the displayed time.
  - You enter a value in the [Update Attributes] screen that is displayed by clicking for a document in a drawer under [Document] and selecting [Update Attributes], and then display the value in [Process].
  - You enter a value in the [Register] screen that is displayed when you attempt to register evidence in [Process], and then display the value in [Document].
• If the following operation is performed on a document on page 2 or later of the document list, the first page of the destination drawer/folder will be displayed.
  - Execute "URL to open document storage location”
  - Click on [Move to Location] on the Content View screen.
  - Select a document added to "Favorites.
• In the Document List area of the document, the selection of the check box and the highlighting of the list may not match.
  - The operation target of the batch operation menu is the one selected by the check box.
  - The object to be displayed in the property area is the highlighted one.
• When searching using the search settings, search criteria are not displayed in the navigation area display item [Search].
• When you are using FUJIFILM IWpro File Management, you may encounter a phenomenon, for example, screen is blank, screen display is distorted, or loading does not end.
  In such a case, follow the steps below to clear the cache of your web browser by following the steps below or forcibly reload data.
  - Press <Ctrl>+<F5> key
  
• Depending on the document, the content may not be displayed in preview correctly.
  In this case, open the document in the default application.
• For a document in which fonts are not retained, its preview may not exactly reflect the content of the document.
• When you preview a DocuWorks document, the fonts used in the document may not appear correctly.
  In this case, convert the file to DocuWorks document with [Convert all the characters into the graphics data] enabled in the DocuWorks Printer settings, and then register the file with FUJIFILM IWpro File Management.

• The original view has the following restrictions.
  - Signature attached to a PDF document or a document timestamp imprint is not displayed.
  - When viewing a PDF file in Microsoft Edge, text without embedded fonts may not display.
• If you perform a download of a document registered in [Process] prior to August 2019, you may see a dialog with a file name with a duplicate extension.
  In that case, identify the relevant document from the [Document] screen by the following method, and change the [Name] attribute value so that the file name does not include the extension.
  Example of file name with duplicate extension: “text.txt.txt”
  - In the view settings for search result, set the [File Name] attribute values to be displayed.
  - Perform a search with the attribute conditions set as follows:
  1. Attribute: Name; Operator: includes any; Value: . (period)
  2. Attribute: Created Date/Time; Operator: Range; Value: <Revised Release Date> for End Date
  Combination of Attribute Conditions: AND
  Documents that have the same [Name] attribute value and [File name] attribute value in the search results are the relevant documents.
• If you deleted the evidences prior to August 2019 and you still have unnecessary evidence attributes, you can restore them to their correct state by following the steps.
  - When unnecessary case data evidence attributes remains
  Update method for unnecessary case data evidence attributes: Perform the [Update] operation on the corresponding case data evidence. The value of the case data evidence attribute is updated.
  Deletion method for unnecessary case data evidence attributes: Perform the [Delete] operation on the corresponding case data evidence. The value of the case data evidence attribute is deleted.
  - When unnecessary document evidence attributes remains
  Update method for unnecessary document evidence attributes: Perform the [Register] operation on the corresponding document evidence. The document evidence attribute is updated with the value entered at registration.
  Deletion method for unnecessary document evidence attributes: Register any file as a dummy document and then delete the registered dummy document. The value of the document evidence attribute is deleted.
• If a name for a language is not set in a setting where a name can be specified for each language (such as activity settings or templates), it will be displayed with the specified name.
• The display names and other items for which language settings exist are output in the export file with the tags ja for the primary language and en for all other languages.
• When the notification recipient in Status Transition List (Auto) is set to Updated By or Status Updated By and the corresponding attribute value is System User, the recipient will not be notified.
