In this manual, you will learn the procedures for creating the following business process to manage entire business processes from “quotation” to “contract” in FUJIFILM IWpro File Management.
“Contract Management” Business Item
- “Quotation” Activity
The activity involves clarifying details about products and services to a business partner and creating a quote accordingly. “Proposal/Referral Document” and “Quotation” are created as the evidences. - “Contract” Activity
The activity involves signing a contract with a business partner and receiving an order once the “Quotation” activity has been completed. “Order Form” is created as the evidence.
Before creating the business process, create a “Contract Management” cabinet and a “Document Data” drawer to store the evidences.
