Appendix M Notes and Restrictions
Operation of FUJIFILM IWpro File Management has the following notes and restrictions.
Important
"Capture" and "Rules" described on this page refer to the features in the old product Smart Workstream Data Entry option. These are provided in File Management as compatibility features available only to customers who have purchased the old product.
- To a cabinet that was created in the office without a timestamp option (optional feature for Japan), you can import authenticity guaranteed drawers.
An imported drawer is recognized as the same as the usual authenticity guaranteed drawers, but any operations pertaining to authenticity guarantee cannot be performed. In addition, any automatic processing, such as timestamp attachment and certification information extension, will not be performed either.
In this case, deselect the checkbox of [Manage Authenticity] in [Update Authenticity Management]. - When importing the exported capture settings to another office, before using the imported setting, adjust the settings to suit the office in question.
- In the [Rule Settings] screen and the screen for editing attributes, set the Integer type custom attribute values that can be specified within the range of -9,007,199,254,740,991 to 9,007,199,254,740,991. When the values are out of range, different numeric values are set.
- If you have attempted to directly display the screen, for example by entering the FUJIFILM IWpro File Management URL containing "#" in the address bar of your web browser without logging in, after you have logged in, a tab screen for a URL different from that you entered may appear.
In this case, select the desired tab on the screen. - On a screen having multiple tabs, after you have moved to another tab, clicking the Back button in your web browser may not work.
In this case, select the desired tab on the screen. - When a system administrator/operation administrator is added in the capture component, a group named System Admin (for capture internal administration)/Operation (for capture internal administration) is automatically created. These groups are used for internal privilege management, so do not delete them.
- If a regular expression that includes repeated expressions is specified as the type of text allowed, and a large number of strings that match the regular expression are included, "Create Folder", "Upload", and "Update Attributes" may fail even though the attribute constraint is not violated.
Example: (A|B)+ - In [Edit View], if you set several of the following search formats in the [Conditions to Filter Cases] in [Basic Settings] and [Business Item Properties Search Condition] in [Search Settings], it may take a long time to search in the Case List screen.
- Target Property: Properties whose data type is [User/Group] type
- Operator: [includes in members] - If a name for a language is not set in a setting where a name can be specified for each language (such as activity settings or templates), it will be displayed with the specified name.
- FUJIFILM IWpro sets the capacity available to tenants as [Contract Capacity] at the time of contract. You can check the usage status of the [Contract Capacity] on the [Usage] page, which is a management function of [Workspace].
The available space varies depending on the usage status of [Workspace] and [Storage Capacity] assigned to each cabinet in [File Management].
For example, creating a new cabinet or increasing [Storage Capacity] of an existing cabinet in [File Management] will decrease the available space, while deleting an existing cabinet or decreasing [Storage Capacity] of an existing cabinet will increase the available space. - When the notification recipient in Status Transition List (Auto) is set to Updated By or Status Updated By and the corresponding attribute value is System User, the recipient will not be notified.
- Do not delete the attribute template that is set as the default value for the file management cabinet. There are cases where rules for outputting to cabinets will result in errors. If it is deleted, reselect the default value of the attribute template in the cabinet settings.
Notes and Restrictions for DocuSign Link
DocuSign Link has the following notes and restrictions.
- Required settings may need to be updated due to changes in DocuSign specifications or other factors. This procedure was tested using DocuSign as of June 2024.
- For details on DocuSign specifications, refer to the DocuSign manual or other documentation.
- DocuSign editions that can be linked with FUJIFILM IWpro File Management are as follows:
- DocuSign eSignature Business Pro Edition
- DocuSign eSignature Enterprise Pro Edition
- DocuSign eSignature Business Pro Edition for Salesforce
- DocuSign eSignature Enterprise Pro Edition for Salesforce - Envelopes that include supplementary documents cause an error.
- If a document custom field and an envelope custom field share the same name, the document custom field value will take precedence.
- If there are multiple document custom fields with the same name for a document, the value will be used only if they are identical. If any value is different, an error will occur.
- When sending to FUJIFILM IWpro File Management, the size of one envelope must be less than 200 MB.
- The registrant's name for FUJIFILM IWpro File Management is "system".
- The scope of the FUJIFILM IWpro File Management and DocuSign link function is as follows.
- The storage location for the PDF document from DocuSign is the document evidence of the FUJIFILM IWpro process. DocuSign documents cannot be stored directly in the document area.
- Only normal drawers can be specified in the FUJIFILM IWpro File Management process. Specifying the drawers under authenticity management will result in an error when data is registered from DocuSign. - The Behavior of the FUJIFILM IWpro File Management Process in DocuSign Link
- If there is no case corresponding to the case key property, a new case will be created. If a case corresponds to the case key property, it will be registered accordingly. If the document has already been registered in the document evidence, it will be registered as a new document in the document evidence. For the document evidence attributes, the values associated with newly registered documents are used. - The fields used in the FUJIFILM IWpro File Management link have the following limitations:
1. Supported field types
[Envelope Custom Fields]
- Text
- Test
[Document Custom Fields]
- Text field
- Dropdown
- Expression

Example: Name field, etc.
However, if the DocuSign field value contains a line break, the line break will be replaced with a space and sent to FUJIFILM IWpro File Management.
2. If the evidence attribute type in FUJIFILM IWpro File Management is an integer, the field value must also be an integer.
3. If the evidence attribute type in FUJIFILM IWpro File Management is of date type, the field value must follow the format below:

- 2024/03/05 12:34:56(*)
- 2024/03/14(*)
(*) It is interpreted as Japan Standard Time (JST) because the format does not include a time zone.
Only the format "yyyy/MM/dd" is valid for date validation in DocuSign text fields.
