Editing Step (Step Definition)
1.
Select the step name you want to edit.
In the [Basic Settings] tab, the currently set step name and step ID appear.

Enter [Step Name] and [Step ID].
Note
- Enter [Step ID] using single-byte alphanumeric characters.
- Up to 255 characters can be entered in each of [Step Name] and [Step ID].

Click the [Notifications] tab.
The notification definition of the step is displayed.
Note
- To create the notification definition of the process, click [Create New].
- It is also possible to set [Subject] or [Body] by embedded formulas. (Appendix C Embedded formulas)

Edit the notification definition of the step.

Click the [Properties] tab.
The property definition of the step is displayed.
6.
Edit the property definition of the step.
7.
Click the [Operation] tab.
The operation definition of the step is displayed.
8.
Edit the operation definition of the step.

9.
Click [Save].
The [Manage Business Item Definition] tab appears.
