Editing Process (Case Definition)

1.
Select a process name.
In the [Basic Settings] tab, the currently set business item name and business Item ID appear.

Click the [Notifications] tab.
The notification definition of the process is displayed.

  • It is also possible to set [Subject] or [Body] by embedded formulas "Appendix C Embedded formulas".
  • To create the notification definition of the process, click [Create New].

Edit the notification definition of the process.
Note
For [Run Status] and [Status], only the defined character string can be specified. There are display values for users and internal values for administrators. To specify a value by searching etc., specify an internal value. For details of the displayed value and internal value, refer to "Appendix E Display Values and Internal Values".

Click the [Properties] tab.
The property definition of the process is displayed.
Note
The value of each property is specified based on some kind of information.
For example, such information: the [Run Status] property executes "termination" when an evidence of "invoice" is stored. This definition is called property calculation method. For details on how to calculate properties, refer to "Appendix F Property Calculation Method".
5.
Edit the property definition of the process.
6.
Click the [Operation] tab.
The operation definition of the process is displayed.
7.
Edit the operation definition of the process.

Click [Save].
The [Manage Business Item Definition] tab appears.
