Displaying Notification Log

In [Filter Conditions], set the search conditions including [Recived], and then click [Search].
A search result appears.
Important
- Even if [Priority] is selected for [E-mail Type], a search result will be zero since no e-mail sent as [Priority] at this time. When searching, set [E-mail Type] to [All]. In addition, [E-mail Type] is decided by the system. It cannot be set by [Notification Settings] and so on.
- The search result [Sender (From)] will always be displayed as blank (null), but it is not an error. This is because there is no function to notify by setting [Sender (From)]. In addition, [Sender (From)] is decided by the system. It cannot be set in [Notification Settings] and so on.
Note
- In [Recived], in addition to setting the period, you can set either of the start date or end date only.
- In [Recived], enter the year, month, and day in the format "yyyy/MM/dd."
- If [Status] of search result is an error, you can click the link to display the [Error Content] screen to check the details of error.
- When there are two or more [Recipient] exist with the search result, the total number of recipients is displayed. You can click the total number link to display the [Recipient List] screen, and check all the recipients.
- With the search result, the maximum of 10,000 entries are displayed starting from the one having the latest reception date and time.
- Clicking [Reset Filter Conditions] will clear the search conditions that were set.
- The log within the period of 365 days since the operation can be displayed. This limitation also applies to other operation logs.
- When you click the desired Request ID, a list of the folders and documents set to be notified is displayed.
