Hierarchical Structure of File Management

FUJIFILM IWpro File Management adopts "office" as a contract unit.
Create multiple cabinets in the office, and create multiple drawers in a cabinet. You can create folders and register documents into the created cabinets and drawers.
To the drawer, you can set whether or not to use the timestamp function (optional feature for Japan).
The office administrator creates the cabinet, and sets the cabinet administrator as well as the user who uses the cabinet. The cabinet administrator creates the drawer.

Document Registration and Operation

On the file management screen, you can register documents to FUJIFILM IWpro File Management and revise the registered documents. You can also check the operation logs of the registered folders and documents.
Because different access permissions are set with the cabinets and drawers on a user-by-user basis, the displayed contents vary depending on users.
