[Microsoft Entra ID Linkage] Screen

This screen is displayed by clicking [Microsoft Entra ID Linkage] in [System Settings] in the [Device Management] menu.

It displays a list of the history of synchronizing with the tenant. You can link with a tenant to synchronize the target user information for accounting in Device Management and Entra ID.

[Properties]

Displays the selected [Tenant Properties] screen.

[Add]

Adds settings for synchronizing with the tenant. Displays the [Add Tenant] screen. Select [FUJIFILM BI Common Authentication] or [Individual Client Secret] as the authentication method. If you selected [Individual Client Secret], the [Add Tenant] screen is displayed.

[Delete]

Deletes the selected tenant. You can also delete multiple tenants.

[Manual Sync]

Synchronizes the user information managed in the selected tenant with Device Management.

Select [Retrieve and Register] or [Retrieve Only (For Test)] as the operation mode.

[Auto Sync Settings]

Displays the [Auto Sync Settings] screen.

List of Synchronization History

Displays a list of the synchronization history. Click a link to display the user information retrieved from the tenant in the CSV format.

Deletes the selected tenant.
