Available Document File Formats for Registration

This section describes the file formats that can be registered with FUJIFILM IWpro.

Available File Formats for Registration in Import Document

• The file format is not checked when importing.
• When a rule is executed for some DocuWorks documents or PDF files, the following information included in the input document is not reflected in the output document.
  (This does not occur when [File Format] is set to [Do not convert] in the [Output Format] settings.)

  You can check the input document by downloading the input file from the download menu of the job list in Import Document.
• If the maximum size of the destination service is less than 200 MB, then the maximum size of the destination service (externally linked service) applies.

• If the file is a PDF file with a unique extension, an image processing error may occur when the rule is executed.
  If that happens, use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF file and save it with a different name. Saving the file with a different name may convert it into a PDF file that can execute a rule normally.
