Replacing a Device with a New Device while Using FUJIFILM IWpro (Using a Computer)
When replacing a registered device with a new device while using FUJIFILM IWpro, you can register the new device to FUJIFILM IWpro and install the various functions.
Prepare the following information for the setup process.
- IP address of the old device registered to FUJIFILM IWpro
- System administrator account and password of the old device registered to FUJIFILM IWpro
- IP address of the new device to register to FUJIFILM IWpro
- System administrator account and password of the new device to register to FUJIFILM IWpro
- User ID and password of FUJIFILM IWpro administrator
Flow of Operations
| Step 1 | Downloading FUJIFILM IWpro Device Setup (Using a Computer) Log in to FUJIFILM IWpro, then download the tool to use for installation (FUJIFILM IWpro Device Setup).

| Step 2 | Unregistering a Device (Using a Computer) Use the tool to remove the registered functions from the old device, then unregister the device from FUJIFILM IWpro.
If the old device is not connected to the network, unregister the device from FUJIFILM IWpro. Follow the instructions on the screen. |
| Step 3 | Registering a New Device (Using a Computer) Log in with an account of the tenant that entered a contract.
Install the apps to the device. The device is automatically registered to the tenant. |
| Step 4 | Assigning Licenses to Devices (Using a Computer) Register the device to Device Management.
This procedure is for customers with a contract for the FUJIFILM IWpro Multifunction Device Management license. It is not required for customers that are not using the device management function. |
| Step 5 | Confirming That a Device Was Registered Successfully (Using a Computer) Confirm the operation of the functions installed to the device.
