Configuring the kintone Administrator Settings

  • This operation is performed by the administrator of kintone.
  1. Log in to kintone.

    • The login URL depends on your environment. Log in from one of the URLs indicated below.
      • https://{subdomain name}.cybozu.com/
      • https://{subdomain name}.kintone.com/
  2. Click [cybozu.com Administration].

    • [Administration] may be displayed, depending on your environment.
  3. Click [Integrations] > [Oauth] > [Add OAuth Client] in the menu on the left.
  4. Enter "FUJIFILM IWpro" in [Client Name].
  5. Enter "https://direct-fb.fujifilm.com/ap1/service_tenant/access_cloud" as the redirect endpoint.
  6. Click [Save].
  7. Click the edit button (pencil icon) for the FUJIFILM IWpro client that you added.
  8. Make a note of the values in [Client ID], [Client Secret], [Authorize Endpoint], and [Token Endpoint].
  9. Click [Set Allowed Users] for the FUJIFILM IWpro client that you added.
  10. Select the user to link, and click [Save].

Configuring the FUJIFILM BI Direct Service Administrator Settings

  1. Log in to FUJIFILM BI Direct.
  2. Click [Tenant Management].
  3. Click [FUJIFILM IWpro] in the tenant list.
  4. Select [Cloud Service Management] from the menu.
  5. Click [Settings] for [kintone®] in the cloud service management list.
  6. Enter the values that you made a note of in Configuring the kintone Administrator Settings.
    Item Description
    Application (client) ID Enter the value in [Client ID].
    Client secret Enter the value in [Client Secret].
    Authorization endpoint Enter the value in [Authorize Endpoint].
    Token endpoint Enter the value in [Token Endpoint].
    API endpoint Enter the part before "oauth2" of the value in [Token Endpoint].
    For example, if "https://{subdomain name}.cybozu.com/oauth2/token" is displayed in [Token Endpoint], enter "https://{subdomain name}.cybozu.com".
  7. Click [Update].
  8. Click [OK].
