Configuring a Device Proxy Server
Settings regarding device communication and access must be configured before using FUJIFILM IWpro. If your network accesses the Internet using a proxy server, configure these settings for the device.
- If you are using FUJIFILM IWpro Print, these settings can be configured from FUJIFILM IWpro Device Setup, so they are generally not required.
- The proxy server and firewall settings may need to be changed, depending on your network environment.
- If the filtering function is enabled, open "service-fb.fujifilm.com" to enable access.
- If encryption is disabled in your environment to perform surveillance, remove "service-fb.fujifilm.com" from the targets for surveillance.
- In [Settings] > [Network Settings] > [Proxy Server List] > [Proxy Server Configuration], configure the settings for using the device in an HTTPS environment, such as the server name, port number, login name, and password.
- A proxy server that requires user authentication may not be able to be used.
- Select [Addresses to Bypass Proxy Server] in [Settings] > [Network Settings] > [Proxy Server List] > [Proxy Server Configuration], and tap [Change Settings].
- Enter "localhost" and tap [OK].
- Do not delete "localhost" if using this function.
- Tap [Close].
