Overview of FUJIFILM IWpro

FUJIFILM IWpro is a cloud-based File Management service for the centralized management of everything from document importing to conversion, management, utilization, and output. It enables documents converted into digital data to be shared on a cloud service and viewed, edited, and output from inside and outside a company without worrying about the format.

You can also assign attributes to documents, manage those attributes, and view usage logs of registered devices.

Services Available with FUJIFILM IWpro

FUJIFILM IWpro provides the following services.

Import Document

This service enables you to import documents via multiple methods, such as scanning, receiving faxes, and uploading from a PC via the Web.

Templates provided by the service can be used to create rules for automating the processing, saving, and outputting of imported documents.

The document output destination can also be set in the workspace or file management services of FUJIFILM IWpro. This enables unified management of documents in FUJIFILM IWpro.

Workspace

A workspace is used as a space for work and operation process management. A workspace can also be shared inside or outside a company to enable the efficient editing of documents. This enables users to constantly share the latest information.

You can also check and edit the information in documents imported to FUJIFILM IWpro or use rules to output the processed documents to the file management service.

File Management

This service enables you to manage documents with a hierarchical structure including drawers and folders, revise documents, and check the history of operations. Documents for management can be automatically categorized by assigning them relevant information as attributes.

You can also define work processes to automatically visualize the progress of work based on whether the required evidence (documents and data) is registered.

Print

This service provides a printing environment that can be securely and easily used from anywhere inside or outside of a company.

It enables you to track the who, when, where, and what of printing. You can also transfer files between cloud services to securely print with the same quality from locations outside your own company.

Device Management

This service enables you to use a Web browser to perform accounting on and view the usage data of devices managed with FUJIFILM IWpro. It enables you to manage device usage history and identify output costs without the need for a dedicated server.
